President of Strategic PlanningAs President of Strategic Planning, Jeff is responsible for multiple project administrations from project inception to through all phase of real estate lifecycles. Including project start-up, staffing, and contract negotiation with vendors and contractors. Jeff oversees maintenance of project quality control systems, contracts of consultants, schedule requirements, cost accountability and the establishment of site management systems. It is his duty to ensure close coordination among all project team members to ensure a successful project delivery that meets company standards and client expectations.
